Teacher
I attended Hudson ISD from kindergarten to 12th grade. In 2013, I graduated from Hudson High School. Following graduation, I attended Stephen F. Austin State University, where I graduated in May of 2017 with a degree in interdisciplinary studies.
This is my fourth year of teaching! I consider it a privilege to teach in the school district where I grew up. I look forward to sharing my love for teaching and learning with my students. We will be focusing on math and science.
Family has always been important to me. I actually met my husband, Mark, when we were in the fifth grade. We got married in June of 2018. We do not have any children but we do have a cocker spaniel named Marlee. She loves to run and play all day long. I love every minute I get to spend with them!
When I am not teaching, I love to spend time with my family. We love to have Family Game Nights! If I have a day to myself, I could easily spend it by shopping downtown or fishing at the lake. On the weekends, I enjoy watching new shows on Netflix and taking long naps with my dog.
